Let’s work together

Welcome to Mentor Works! We are excited that you are considering joining our program to gain the skills, support, and independence needed for success in college and beyond. Below, you’ll find information about our admissions process and how to apply.

How to Apply?

Applying to College Steps is a simple process designed to ensure we can best meet each student's needs.

  1. Submit an Interest Form
Begin by completing our online Interest Form to provide basic information about the student and their goals. A College Steps representative will then reach out to discuss next steps.

  2. Complete the Application
Once you are ready to apply, you will need to submit an official application, which includes:

    • Personal and academic background information

    • Documentation of a disability (if applicable)

    • A statement of goals and support needs

  3. Receive Admission Decision
Applicants will receive notification of their admission status along with next steps for enrollment, including setting up support plans, selecting a mentor, and coordinating with the college.
